Recently approved and completed: the replacement of 15 windows on a Grade 4 listed property. From planning drawings to final installation, we ensured a design that respects the building's character while improving performance.

Proposed elevation drawings were prepared for the listed building consent application, with 1:20 and 1:5 sash window details drawn in-house to match the property's original timber.

The posts under this canopy had rotted through, so our team fully replaced both to restore a safe, smart-looking entrance. A busy weekend job finished to the same high standard we apply to every repair.

Another completed job by our Maintenance Team at St Ouen's Methodist Church, carefully replacing dilapidated ceiling boards to restore the space.

These improvements are all about creating a safer, more secure environment for the future of Skate Space. We're proud to be part of preserving this community space and supporting what's to come.
