Before We Arrive
How to get the most from it
- Send a few photographs when you book — exterior elevations and any timber you are worried about. It often tells us the answer before we arrive.
- Have any previous decision notices or drawings to hand if the property has been altered before; planning history matters.
- Tell us your timescale. Jersey applications take time to determine, so knowing your deadline changes how we sequence the work.
